 We are DRIPS gelato catering company a Sydney based catering company that specialises in bespoke gelato delivering straight to your event from beach front weddings to kid’s birthday parties. Our handcrafted unique flavours are made by our in house gelato chef who was taught by Nick Palumbo ( co-owner of Gelato Messina). To add on top of our Drip gelato experience we will flash freeze your choice of toppings with liquid nitrogen right before your eyes, giving your guests the ultimate gelato experience which they won’t be able to walk away from.  

  Unique to the DRIPS Gelato experience is the incorporation of liquid nitrogen toppings to your choice of gelato. Within seconds the liquid nitrogen vanishes in a theatrical cloud of vapour forming the ultimate toppings in the most sinful gelato . We transform natural and locally sourced ingredients into creative, delicious scoops of gelato and watch as your hand picked toppings are instantly frozen with liquid nitrogen becoming the ultimate gelato topping.
